Tira Y. Gilbert-Rivera, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014. Tira was a 1983 graduate of Tyner High School and the daughter of Linda Bonner and Robert Gilbert. A Funeral service will be held in Chesapeake, Va. Condolences may be offered at www.metropolitanservice.com.
