Ellen Rawlston

Elizabeth Rawlston Ellen Elizabeth Rawlston, 91, of Hixson, went to play with her sister Aline Rigby who had preceded her in death. Elizabeth passed on Friday, May 30, 2014. Elizabeth graduated from Montevallo College. She worked for Moccasin Bend Hospital for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Rawlston, and the love of her life, Robert James Bryan. Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Jane Parrish (Vince) and Betty Bryan; son, Robert Bryan; granddaughter, Lindsey Byers (Scott); great-grandson, Andrew Wright Byers; loving caregivers, Amanda Palmer, Mak Brooks and Darlene Funderburk; and loving family of nieces and nephews. She loved her kitty cat, Fraidy Girl. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
