Kathy Davis

Kathy Davis, 89 of Hixson passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in an area healthcare facility. Kathy was born on Nov. 6, 1924 to the late, Fletcher and Ollie Mae Coffelt. She owned and operated Kathy's Beauty Shop in Hixson for over 30 years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank. Survivors include her son, Gene (Annerose) Porter, Soddy-Daisy; daughters, Barbara Sue Roberts and Johnnie Ruth Holmes, both of Chattanooga. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dwight Martin and Rev. Carl Dean Wilkey officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
