Gary King

Gary L. King, 61 passed Tuesday, May 27, 2014, in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High in the class of 1970. He was employed at Ekco Product and Hamilton County Schools. He was affiliated with Beulah Baptist Church. Survivors include his devoted wife, Teresa Coleman King; daughter, Moneika King; son, Eric (Mecole) King; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Thankful Baptist Church with Pastor James Leslie, officiating and Pastor Alonzo Noble, eulogist. Interment in Lakewood Memory Garden, East. The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 68 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
