Jacob Whitener, 77, departed passed away Monday, June 2, 2014. Survivors include his sisters, Rosa Lee (Glen) Heatherly, of Lafollette, Tenn., Clara (Paul) Steatham, of Chattanooga, Pearl Suttles, of Rossville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
