Valerie Mullins

Valerie Grant Mullins, 35, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014. She was a member of Pathway Baptist Church. She was employed at the Parkridge Medical Center as a Registered Nurse. She is survived by her husband, Doug Mullins; two sons, Adam and Dustin Mullins; parents, Claude and Inez Grant; two sisters, Shelia (Joe) Harvey and Rona (Joey) Johnson; brother, Chris (Donna) Grant, all of Dunlap; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. CDT Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mark Smith officiating. Burial will be in Welch Chapel Cemetery.
