Gina Reed

Gina Raymond Reed, 38, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 6, 2014, surrounded by her family. Gina was a member of Hixson United Methodist Church. Gina was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Burl and Pearl Neeley; her maternal grandfather, D. Wayne Smith; and her aunt, Wanda Richie. Survivors include her husband, Bill Reed of Hixson; daughter, Savannah Raymond; son, Jacob Raymond; and three stepsons, Alex, Ben and Andrew Reed, all of Hixson; parents, Cheryll and Tom Neeley of Red Bank; sister, Amy Neeley of Chattanooga; maternal grandmother, Janie Smith of Chattanooga; aunt, Sandra Rose of Hixson; uncle, Harvey Richie of Soddy-Daisy; cousins, Randy (Eva) Millsaps, Beth Millsaps, all of Soddy-Daisy; Jamie Millsaps of Cookeville; Shannon Mathews and Hayden Mathews of Ooltewah and Jennifer Rose of Chattanooga. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Reed Shell officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.
