Eleanor Robinson

Eleanor "Ellie" Robinson, 76, of Hixson, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at home with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Jockisch, Lamar and Ollie Mae Hastings. She lived in Chattanooga most of her life and retired from Target Graphics Printing as office manager. She was an avid bowler and golfer winning numerous events and tournaments. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Jackie Robinson. Survivors include daughter, Terry Dobbins, Gill (Cindy) Robinson and Andi (Kevin) Hollis; grandchildren, Lee Dobbins, Samantha Webb, Logan Hollis, Evan Hollis and Morgan Hollis.; brothers, Bill (Dell) Jockisch, Freeman (Debbie) Jockisch; and sister Evelyn (James) Pounds. Visitation will be held from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014, in the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel.
