Peggy Wise

Peggy Diane Wise, 61, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday June 10, 2014. She was born in Whitwell on July 29, 1952 to Charles Andrew and Jennie Olene Haynes Shrum who preceded her in death along with her brother, Billy Shrum. She was a member of the Laager Congregational Methodist Church and retired teacher from the Grundy County School System. She is survived by her husband, Charles Wise; sons, Don and Cody (Melinda) Wise; brothers, Bobby (Sharon) and Jerry (Carolyn) Shrum; sisters, Nadine (Houston) Nolan, Sue (Isaac) Parson, Marie Miller and Hilda (Arnold) Dickson; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, Larry Campbell, Jessie Lockhart and Larry Crabtree officiating with burial to follow in Fall Creek Cemetery.
