Chester Ray Cecil Sr., 85, loving father and grandfather, gained his Heavenly reward on Monday, March 3, 2014, at Parkridge Hospital. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today, March 6, 2014 at the funeral home with Rev. Mark McCrory officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
