Ruby Sutton

Ruby Jones Sutton, 91, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014. She was born to the late Gethro and Mary Ella Townsend Jones on June 13, 1922 in Fort Payne, Ala. Mrs. Sutton was of the Baptist faith and she enjoyed quilting, flower gardening and cooking. She was also preceded in death by her Husband, J.C. "Jady" Sutton; daughter, Betty Jewel Lewis, grandson, James Scott Lewis and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Bohannon, of Chickamauga; two grandchildren, Tina Bohannon, Lacy Bohannon and (John Barker); great-grandchild, Jady Barker. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. Monday and prior to the funeral service Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memory Gardens.
