Betty Cooley Holcomb, 72, died Saturday, March 15, 2014. Preceded in death by husband Johnny Holcomb January 21, 2014. Survived: daughter, Teresa Songer, Chattanooga; sons , Edward Songer, Fort Oglethorpe, Jackie Songer, LaFayette, Lebron Songer, Texas; sister, Mary McClure, LaFayette; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral: Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home today at 2 p.m. Service conducted by the Rev. Jackie Langston. Interment LaFayette Cemetery.
