Kitty Darleen Reed, passed away, Thursday, March 20, 2014, at her home. She was preceded in death by her children, John Edward Reed and Janet Marie Reed; parents, Wilson and Francise Green; her stepmother, Margaret Green; brothers, Daniel H. Green and Carl McConnell; and a sister, Ebbie Brazel. Kitty is survived by her husband, John Reed; her natural children, John D. Reed (Nancy Reed) and Lydia M. Scott; siblings, John Donnie Green and wife, Mildred Green, Barbara Green Marty Green and Timmy Green. Funeral services will be conducted the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2014, with Chaplin Jack Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
