Micaela Gilbert

Micaela Marie Gilbert, 28, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at a local hospital. She was a graduate of Howard High School. She was preceded in death by her daughter, JaRodiyah Latrace Gilbert. Survivors include her daughter, JaMiyah M. Gilbert; mother, Delia R. (Tyrone) Branham; father, Willie J. Foster; grandmother, Delia E. Young; great-grandmother, Delia M. Young; grandfathers, James (Audrey) Reynolds Jr. and Larry (Ann) Gilbert; brother, Joshua L. Earls; host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Community Missionary Baptist Church, 1001 E. Eighth Street, Chattanooga, with the Rev. Gerald Penn officiating. Interment in Highland Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 67 p.m. today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
