Mary Adams

Mary Ella Merrill Adams, age 75, of Ringgold, GA passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Hutcheson Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jacqueline Elaine Adams Hemphill, parents, Lee and Ella Moss Merrill, sister, Delores Merrill, and brother, Lee Merrill. She is survived by her husband, Mose Charles Adams; three sons, Chuck (Lorraine) Adams, Bryon (Deborah) Adams, Rodney (Meka) Adams of Ringgold, Georgia; sister, Mary Green; brother, Lee "Butch" (Teresa) Merrill of Chattanooga, Tennessee; nineteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Service will be Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 1 p. m. at Mt. Peria Baptist Church, 341 Sparks Street, Ringgold with Pastor Jimmy Ingram and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home today after 11 a. m. Interment, Ringgold Community Cemetery.
