Mildred Powell

Mildred Powell, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday March 24, 2014, in a local hospital. Arrangements will be announced by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge Rossville.
