Martha Gentry

Martha Loretta Gentry, 78, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2014, in a local healthcare facility. She was retired from Crates Leather Co., and was of the Baptist faith. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Gentry; son, Richard Gentry; grandson, Lee Essex; parents, John and Viola Brumlow; three brothers; and four sisters. Survivors include her children, Debbie Gentry, Harry Gentry Jr., Martha (Larry) Gentry; grandchildren, Zach, Adam, Shauna, Chrissy, J.J., and Misty; siblings, Barbara Goins, Clorina Jenkins, Josephine Goins, Wesley Brumlow; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East, with Dr. John Carter officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
