Clifford Hensley

George Clifford Hensley, 64, of Soddy-Daisy, passed way Sunday, May 4, 2014. Clifford was a United States Army Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Delia Hensley; two brothers, Ralph and Wayne Hensley and a sister, Carolyn Hensley. Clifford is survived by his son, Joe (Mary Anne) Hensley; daughters, Pamela Hensley and Amanda Skalka-Lavender; brothers, James, Winfield, David and Eddie Hensley; sisters, Dorothy Carden and Eva Mahan and four grandchildren, Bethany Jones, Briana and Bella Bradshaw and Jade Johnson. The funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Clifford's family wants to offer a special thanks to Dr. McCravey and his staff and to Hearth Hospice, especially Lora, Cherish, Missy and Shana Spencer.
