Kenneth Stephens Kenneth Devon Stephens, 60, of Signal Mountain, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014. He dedicated his life to serving his country through military service and his community through law enforcement with the Signal Mountain Police Department. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his father, L.E. Stephens; and brothers, Thomas Stephens and Roy Stephens. Survivors include his daughters, Rebecca (Nolan) Daniel, of Lookout Mountain, Ga., Christina R. Hardeman, of Chattanooga and Kelly L. Stephens, of Lookout Mountain, Ga.; son, Kenneth Devon Stephens (fiance, Lauren Carpenter), of Boiling Springs, S.C.; mother, Laverne Stephens, Signal Mountain; sisters, Rita (Ricky) Waddell and Delores (Patrick) Rowe, all of Signal Mountain; brothers, Ricky (Pam) Stephens, of Fort Oglethorpe, and Van (Brenda) Stephens, of Signal Mountain; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
