Louise Crawford

Louise "Mimi" Crawford, 93, of Hixson, passed away Monday, May 5, 2014. She was the namesake inspiration for Mimis Market and Deli. Mrs. Crawford was a member of Red Bank United Methodist Church. After more than 30 years of service, she retired from UTC was employed with Hunter Museum for 20 years. Survivors include her three sons, Jeff (Liz) Crawford, James (Tammy) Crawford and Larry Crawford; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
