Aaron "Wayne" Robinson, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Robinson Jr.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Robinson Sr., Willie Lee Bly, Earnest Mitchell; aunts, Annie Barnes, Mary Robinson; uncles, Clifton and Edward Robinson; nephew, Langdon Robinson; cousins, Wesley Hicks and Pamela ONeal; brother-in-law, Odell Millsap. Left to cherish his memories are one daughter, Tawana Robinson, of Atlanta; mother, Ernestine Robinson; sisters, Marilyn Millsap, Gwen (Melvin) Benton; brother, Myron (Renee) Robinson; three grandchildren of Atlanta; aunts, Juanita Parks, Alice Orr, Darrelle Terry and Irish, all of Chattanooga; Johnnie Flowers, of Virginia; uncle, Earl (Thelma) Mitchell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; very dear friends, Dorothea "D" and Carolyn Whitlow. Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, in the chapel with Pastor Billy Church officiating. Interment in Forest Hills. The body will lie state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
