Julian M. Fricks, 84, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014 at a local health care facility. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. at the Fort Oglethorpe United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tommy Messer and the Rev. Joe Green officiating.
