Scottie Templeton

Raymond "Scottie" Templeton, 40, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014. Scottie's was a very special love child who attended Orange Grove School for 34 years. His favorite hobbies were listening to music and watching The Price is Right. He loved spending time outdoors and taking rides with his family. Scottie had a gentle and compassionate personality, loving all those whom he came in contact with. He had several caregivers in his lifetime, but he had a special connection with his aunts, Brenda Bass and Linda Templeton. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Ray Templeton. He is survived by his loving mother, Joyce Templeton; brother, Jeff (Deeana) Templeton; niece, Baby Heather Templeton; nephew, Johnathan Mines and special cousin, Jan Purcell. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Timmy Barrett and Pastor Tim Redden officiating. Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
