Carolyn Fay "Sadie" Kilgore, 63, passed away Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, William McKinley and Ollie Mae Layne; brother, William McKinley Layne Jr. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 47 years, Vernon R. Kilgore; three children, Timothy Scott (Shirley) Kilgore, Michael Dewayne Kilgore, Christy Dawn (Tim) Griffith; six grandchildren, Macy, Kelsey, Hayden, Riley, Taylor, Gavin; one great-grandson, Bentley; sisters, Joyce (JW) Ruth, Bonnie (James Larry) Kilgore, Sue Rankin; brother, Roger Wade Layne Sr.; sister-in-law, Judy Layne. Family will receive friends 2-9 p.m. today, Oct. 25, 2014. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Potts and Rev.
