Virgie Brown

Virgie Lee Webb Brown, 92, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014. She was born to the late John Henry Webb and Sarah Magnola "Nola" Goins Webb and was a member of Chickamauga Church of Christ. Virgie was a lifelong resident of Chickamauga and took pleasure in the beauty of God's creations. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Albert Brown; daughter, Sarah Ava Brown; sisters, Lottie Ellen Webb Chastain and Clara Fay Webb; brothers, Henry Douglas Webb, John Russell Webb, Joseph Benjamin Webb and Phillip Morris Webb. Virgie is survived by her daughter, Jimmie Brown, and several nieces and nephews. The family will have a private graveside service. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, J. Avery Bryan Chapel.
