Rosemary Philips OLD FORT Rosemary C. Philips, 74, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at her residence. She was born June 1, 1940, in Waynesburg, Pa. Mrs. Philips was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Michael Philips; daughter, Marianne Philips; parents, John and Mary Torok. The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at Christ Prince of Peace Retreat Center with Father Jerry Daniels officiating. Interment will follow in the Retreat Center cemetery. Higgins Funeral Home of Benton is in charge of the arrangements.
