Jack Phillips

Jack Richard Phillips of Monticello, Wis., passed away Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, after a long illness. He was born and raised in Chattanooga, attended White Oak Elementary School and graduated from Kirkman Vocational High School. He was preceded in death by parents, Foster and Thelma Phillips; and brother, Bill Phillips. Survivors are brother, Bob Phillips, of Modesto, Calif.; and sister, Betty Paris, of Chattanooga.
