Marion Jones

Marion Elsea Jones, 61, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Her life was devoted to her family and grandkids whom she cherished spending time with. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Alice Elsea, and her brother, Jimmy Elsea. She leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Bobby Jones; sons, Wayne (Beverly) Jones and Jason (Bonnie) Jones; grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Austin, Kayli and Hunter; great-granddaughter, Emma; brothers, Jack (Diane) Elsea, David Elsea and Eddie (Karen) Elsea; sisters, Jane Shepard, Retta (Robert) Hensley, Pam Thomas and Wanda (Leon) Johnson. Services will be held on Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ted Painter officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Bobby Jones, Wayne Jones, Jason Jones, Cody Jones, Austin Jones, Hunter Jones and Zach Cowles serving as pallbearers. Visitation is Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
