For the second time in two weeks, the Dalton Police Department conducted a successful prostitution sting resulting in the arrests of seven potential 'Johns.'
Similar to last time, an undercover officer posed as a prostitute. Investigators placed an ad online and the suspects agreed to meet with the undercover officer at a hotel in Dalton.
Arrestees were charged with one count of misdemeanor pandering against a person 18 years or older. In addition to the misdemeanor, Kevin Yount was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a schedule IV drug.
The arrestees are:

- Russell Brunni, 53, Rome, Ga.
- John Alan Deere, 69, Matthews, NC.
- Brandon Karl Gokey, 29, Rockmart, Ga.
- Jeffery Oliver, 53, Rome, Ga.
- Shawn Regan Taylor, 53, Rocky Face, Ga.
- Kevin Timothy Yount, 42, Dalton, Ga.
