The man suspected of firing a handgun outside Hamilton Place mall on Saturday night has been arrested today in Knoxville.
The Knoxville Police Department took Jeremy Wynn, 18, into custody and charged him with auto burglary, unlawful possession of a firearm and two counts of aggravated burglary.
