Tom Arth is expected to be the next head coach of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football team, multiple sources confirmed to the Times Free Press.
Arth, 35, spent the last four seasons as the head coach of Division III John Carroll. Arth reached the playoffs three times and compiled a 40-8 record. His team produced a winning percentage of at least .800 each season.
