The City of Rossville Seniors' annual yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 1, at the Civic Center. Seniors Director April Rankin said the event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and feature yard sale items and home-baked goods.
Mrs. Rankin said the money raised will help the seniors take annual summer and fall trips. Last year, a group of 34 visited the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville to see the Rockettes perform.
Mrs. Rankin said donated items may be brought to the Senior Center in the Rossville Annex between the hours of 7 p.m. and 1 p.m. Monday though Friday.
