A man was stabbed Monday night and located by Chattanooga police at 4827 Jersey Pike.
Around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the location and found a black man suffering from a stab wound to the chest, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, and his injuries are not believed to be life threatening, the release said.
