RP Homes names Moseley to head products & design

Sarah Moseley has been named director of product and design for the Chattanooga home building company RP Homes.

Moseley began her career in Los Angeles after receiving her architecture degree at the University of Tennessee. She previously worked as the design coordinator at Hartman Baldwin, an award-winning design-build firm in Southern California. Mosley also has experience in design through her position as executive assistant to Thom Mayne, owner of Morphosis, a Pritzker-Prize-winning architecture firm in California. At Morphosis, Moseley focused heavily on writing and research and was credited in two of Mayne’s books.

She moved back to Chattanooga in 2021.

“We are excited to welcome Sarah to the RP Homes team,” Gabe Thomas, managing partner of RP Homes, said in an announcement of Moseley’s appointment. “Working across many different design styles and with top designers has molded Sarah into a perfect fit for our company.”

In her new role, Moseley will manage the RP Homes’ product development team, designers, and drafters, as well as third-party architects and designers.

“I believe in the power of well-designed space and its capacity to inform our lives with wellbeing,” Moseley said in a statement. “I am delighted to join RP Homes in their pursuit of bringing thoughtful and attainable design to homes in Chattanooga and beyond.”
