Urban Story Ventures, which has helped bring a number of new industrial businesses to Chattanooga during the past decade, will begin construction this month on a $28 million manufacturing facility on one of the last undeveloped riverfront sites in the Centre South Riverport Industrial Park off Amnicola Highway.
