A kitchen fire in the early afternoon hours today at 601 N. Germantown Road displaced one adult and three children.
The fire was extinguished by the occupants when firefighters arrives and was ruled accidental.
The kitchen suffered substantial damage, but no one was injured.
The cause of the fire was likely from food being left unattended on the stove.
Red Cross was notified to assist the family affected.
