Authorities in Dade County say a man was struck and killed by a train early Thursday morning near a lumber supply on U.S. Highway 11.
The train stopped and blocked several of the railroad crossings in Trenton, delaying motorists, according to a statement issued by the Dade County Sheriff's Office.
The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. Thursday near the northern city limits and Clark Lumber Road.
