A teen who was critically injured Saturday in an ATV accident died Thursday, a spokesman for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office confirmed.
The sheriff's office didn't name the teen, but WRCB identified him as 14-year-old Bryson Scott.
The incident occurred about 10:30 p.m. near the 5600 block of Old Hunter Road in Ooltewah, sheriff's office spokesman Matt Lea said.
Scott's four-wheeler ran off the road and struck a utility pole.
