Two people are in custody after a reported shooting along the 6600 block of Shallowford Road on Halloween night.

A Chattanooga police spokesperson said it appeared to be a back-and-forth between two vehicles.

No injuries were reported.

Aisha Mayes, 29, and Joshua Daniels, also 29, have been arrested, though it's not clear if Aisha Daniels has been booked yet.

The driver of the other vehicle has not been located.

Daniels has an extensive arrest record in Hamilton County dating back to 2007, according to online court records.

In 2009, he was one of 10 suspects in a Holiday Hills Circle shooting that sent a bullet through a 15-year-old girl's window, the Times Free Press previously reported.

Daniels pleaded guilty in that case and received a two-year suspended sentence, online court records show, meaning he could avoid jail time if he stayed out of trouble.

But in September 2010, Daniels, along with two other men, was charged in connection to a slew of home invasions and robberies that left several Hixson area homeowners traumatized.

He pleaded guilty to those charges and received an eight-year sentence.

Mayes also has an arrest history in Hamilton County. Her charges date back to 2009, and include theft and drug-related offenses.
