Teen, two minors killed in McMinn County crash

A woman and two minors were killed in a crash on Wednesday afternoon in Niota, Tennessee.

Morgan Goldman, 18, was traveling along County Road 351 with two minor passengers when she pulled up to the intersection of Highway 11 just after 3 p.m., according to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Goldman then made a left-hand turn onto Highway 11 and was struck on the driver's side by 30-year-old Raquel Brady, who was driving a Ford F250, the report states. Brady was traveling north on Highway 11 and passing multiple vehicles that were also traveling north.

Brady was injured, while Goldman and the two children in her car were killed.

Criminal charges are pending the investigation, according to the report.
