Gary Houston DayA 65-year-old man has been charged with sexual abuse of a child by police in Fort Payne, Ala., according to a news release.
Police Chief Randy Bynum said Gary Houston Day, 65, was arrested Tuesday based on an investigation that began Sept. 3 based on a report to police.
Day is charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a child under age 12. His bond is $60,000 per charge, Bynum said.
He said the investigation continues and more charges are possible.
