Hamilton County schools will open on a two-hour delay on Friday to provide daylight for buses and drivers traveling to school, according to Tim Hensley, communications officer for Hamilton County Schools.
The time that the bus arrives to pick up children, the time schools open for drop-off and the time schools start will all be moved back two hours from the normal time.

To find out the start time for your school, visit the district website at www.hcde.org. and look under the Parents and Students tab for bell times.
School-aged childcare locations will be open at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow morning.
