More than 30 Chattanooga area employers will be conducting job interviews and hiring workers during a job fair Wednesday, Aug. 21, hosted by EPIC Talent Solutions at the Chattanooga Times Free Press building, 400 E. 11th St. in downtown Chattanooga.

Employers from a variety of industries will be interviewing job candidates and offering full- and part-time positions in a variety of industries.

The all-day job fair, which is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, is being conducted on the third floor of the Times Free Press building, two blocks east of Chattanooga City Hall.

People are urged to come dressed for success in professional or business casual attire and to bring plenty of copies of an updated resume, including the most recent work history and skills.

In a new feature to this job fair, Epic Talent Solutions is hosting a "Best Dressed Job Seeker" photo contest that will award a $100 prize to one lucky best dressed person. Job seekers can also access career development information at the Education Connection booth. The education and photo booths are sponsored by BMG Bakery and Belhaven University.

Free parking is available for those attending the event across from the Times Free Press building in the designated "visitors lot."
