Scooter's Coffee is building its third Hamilton County unit at 9395 Apison Pike in Ooltewah.
Nikolay Timoshchuk Jr., chief marketing officer for franchisee Coffee Roots LLC, said the new standalone kiosk is to open in early March 2022.
He said the unit will offer a walk-up window and have picnic tables outside. The newest site is expected to employ 20-30 workers, Timoshchuk said.
Already, Scooter's has kiosks operating at 7318 Shallowford Road and 4631 Highway 58.
In the Chattanooga area, Scooter's eventually expects to have 10-15 units, Timoshchuk said. He said a decision hasn't been made where the next unit will go after the Ooltewah-Collegedale area.
