Singer-songwriter Dom Wier will bring his tour to North Georgia on Sunday, Jan. 6, for a performance at Cartecay Vineyards in Ellijay.
Like his musical heroes Tom Petty, Bob Seger and John Mellencamp, Wier blends touches of rock, country and blues into his Americana sound. Originally from southern Illinois, he now lives in Nashville and has been steadily touring since 2010.
His most recent work is a collection of new songs for a debut full-length album, "Wayward Skies," due out in February.
