Cynthia Graubart, a food writer, cookbook author, speaker and former cooking show television producer, will sign copies of her latest release, "Chicken: A Savor the South Cookbook," from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, at Star Line Books, 1467 Market St., Suite 106.
Graubart's releases include the James Beard Award-winning "Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking" and "Mastering the Art of Southern Vegetables," co-written with Nathalie Dupree.
"Chicken" contains 53 recipes for both Southern and international chicken dishes, as well as history and humorous anecdotes.
