The 2019 Little Debbie Ironman Chattanooga triathlon starts Sunday, Sept. 29, at 7:20 a.m. with a 2.4-mile swim in the Tennessee River, followed by a 116-mile bike ride through downtown and St. Elmo into North Georgia, ending in a run that makes two loops through downtown Chattanooga before finishing at Ross's Landing.
Spectators can watch the swim race from the Tennessee Riverwalk, Coolidge Park or Walnut Street Bridge.
