Editor's note: In keeping with our theme of social media this year, we asked each of "the 20" to submit personally curated photographs and answer questions that offer a sneak peek into their private, as well as professional, life. We also had them choose a location for their lead photo shoot that ties into who they are.

* Facebook or Instagram?

Instagram.

* What would your personal hashtag be?

#chatttaste

* Most-used emoji?

The hand-ups emoji. I'm always celebrating! Especially all the small victories. In business, you have to. The ebb and flow is significant.

* What would you list as your top 3 likes? And, dislikes?

Likes: Focaccia bread, puppies, orange bathing suits. Dislikes: Pollen, scary movies, bland food.

* How old were you when you got your first cellphone?

I was 15 when I got my first cellphone. It was a Nokia. Weighed about 10 pounds, lol. I was only allowed to use it when I was away from home, and would play "Snake" on it.

* Piece of tech you couldn't live without (or wouldn't want to)?

My Apple pen. It helps me edit documents and create graphics. It's taken my editing to the next life, for sure.

* Social media - love it or hate it?

I love social media. It's the best way to connect with customers, family and childhood friends all on one platform. I do ensure that the tone of the pages I follow and interact with is positive. I truly enjoy the self-help pages, and to be truly honest, I live for the animal TikToks.

* What was your last post (about)?

Our newest food tour addition: The Historic Southside Food Tour. We're super excited about it.

* What do you consider your biggest accomplishment?

Running my first half marathon in 2019. The same discipline I had to muster to accomplish that goal I used to restructure my business in 2020 due to COVID. When I crossed the finish line in 2019, I felt like I could do anything. I use that same momentum to push through the pandemic with the optimism that if I kept going, kept moving forward, Chatt Taste would be triumphant too.

* What is the biggest challenge or hardship you have overcome?

Raising my daughter by myself. It has been the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life. Nothing outweighs the joy I feel being Constance's mother.

* What kind of influencer would you be?

FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOOD FOOOOOOD FOOOOOOOD! I love food and the stories behind it.

* Any goals for this year?

Safely introduce as many people to local eateries as possible.

* What's one thing you would change about Chattanooga and why?

I would change the winters. I wish they were colder. I would love more fireplace nights at my house with my daughter and pooch.

* Why did you choose this location for your shoot?

West Village tells the origin story of Chatt Taste Food Tours. This is where the company started. We love seeing the area develop and telling its story.

* Tell me about one of your favorite memories.

Teaching my daughter to make her first sandwich. She was so elated that she made her own lunch. The smile on her face when she was done. Turns out the sandwich was for me. Constance is the sweetest 9-year-old that has ever existed.
