For Chatter's family issue, we decided to veer away from our usual cocktail feature and go with something nonalcoholic. We chose a healthy shake from Nooga Social, which has an atmosphere that could be described as bar-like but family friendly.

Blueberry Cheesecake is one of 80 or so shake flavor options, which also include Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Butter Beer and Pink Starburst. And though its name suggests otherwise, the Blueberry Cheesecake shake packs some serious nutrition.

"It helps you hit that dessert craving without the guilt," Nooga Social owner Casper Awad says of the shake, which boasts 24 grams of protein and 21 vitamins and minerals, plus it's a good source of fiber and antioxidants, he says.

For the kiddos, shakes are served in a half-size portion.

To try it, check out Nooga Social on Market Street across from the Choo Choo, or make it at home - here's the recipe:

2 scoops (or 25 grams) Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 in French Vanilla

2 scoops protein drink mix (Nooga Social uses Herbalife's)

2 tablespoons Herbalife sugar-free flavoring mix in Cheesecake

1/4 cup frozen blueberries
