The Rhea County Historical Society will watch a video, "Dayton on Parade" which was produced in the late 1940s, for its program Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Rhea County Courthouse. Ron Harris will present the program and lead a discussion about the film, which features scenes and people in downtown Dayton during the '40s.
The Tennessee Strawberry Festival wraps up with a weekend full of activities, including the parade at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Don Mathis, state commander of the American Legion and former Rhea County Veterans Service Officer, will be grand marshal.
